Ordering Your Private World

This is a great book that really helps to get life into a right and godly perspective. I found it really shaped my time management both in my public and private worlds. It challenges how I priorities my time at home, work, in my ministry, with my family and at church.

If you read this book I am sure it will change your thinking and your life. I have been on commercial time management courses and training with Franklin Covey and others all of which were great, but this book touches an area that none of the others did … my private world of intimacy with God. A must read for every christian, but particularly those with leadership and ministry responsibility.

I use it to as part of my mentoring programme for the new leaders and young me I am currently training and coaching.

The Reason for God: Belief in an Age of Scepticism

In this apologia for Christian faith, Keller mines material from literary classics, philosophy, anthropology and a multitude of other disciplines to make an intellectually compelling case for God. Written for sceptics and the believers who love them, the book draws on the author’s encounters as founding pastor of New York’s booming Redeemer Presbyterian Church.
